HiiBRYD is the perfect endurance workout incorporating all your favourite HYROX exercises into one class.

Follow a coach-led hybrid workout, whether your training for your first HYROX or are a seasoned hybrid athlete. The mindset behind our hybrid session is to work on your ability to sustain physical and mental stamina for an extended period of time.

The workout will alternate between individual and partner training; focusing on the following elements;

  • Improving cardiovascular fitness
  • Developing muscular endurance
  • Increasing aerobic capacity
