Refund policy
These Shipping Terms and Conditions outline the process for returns and cover situations where the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Please read these terms carefully before initiating a return.
1. Returns Policy
Hii Run Club offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Certain products, such as personalised items or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for clarification.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation (RA) number.
Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the return label.
Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method of your choice. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s), including shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Hii Run Club will not reimburse return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Inspection and Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our returns policy.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a return authorisation. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
