Strength Training Classes

HiiJACKED focus' on moving load WELL, strong technique, building bone density and lifting HEAVY AF.

Coach-led 6-8 week strength cycles, using both barbell and dumbbell compound lifts, accessory movements with minimal to ZERO CARDIO!

Expect progressive overload; gradually making exercises harder as we work through the block's cycle, gaining in both strength and improving technique.

All levels are welcome in HiiJACKED; lifting 'heavy' will look different on everyone, but the intention is to move well, lift more and get JACKED.
